We are pleased to announce that Albion has taken on the role of Documentary Agent, mandated by ING, in a €25,6 million financing transaction for the construction and operation of a hashtag biomethane plant in Lombardy by Landriano Biometano S.r.l., a company owned by Eucalia Capital, a fund managed by Plenium Partners (which has invested in the project in partnership with Aragorn Value Leadership).

The plant will contribute to a sustainable waste management cycle, with the capacity to process approximately 50,000 tons of agricultural and animal waste per year. Notably, it is one of the few biomethane plants in Italy capable of fully recovering CO₂, ensuring a significantly higher-than-average reduction in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
