Based on a thorough risk analysis of the project and identification of corresponding mitigants, we assist in building the financial model and the draft concession agreement, focusing on economic/financial and bankability aspects.
Negotiation support
We support negotiations with public counterparts regarding the contractual and economic/financial terms of PPP proposals, in order to obtain the relevant declaration of public interest (dichiarazione di fattibilità e pubblico interesse) of the projects.
