\u2026\u201d<\/p><p>Il parere fornisce inoltre alcune indicazioni pratiche sul tipo di analisi che l\u2019ente deve condurre e sulla necessit\u00e0 che esse vengano formalizzate in un atto amministrativo espresso e motivato. In merito ai soggetti chiamati a compiere queste analisi il MIT indica l\u2019opportunit\u00e0, se non addirittura (in taluni casi) la necessit\u00e0, che il RUP venga affiancato da un team di professionisti d\u2019elevata specializzazione, dotato di competenze multidisciplinari; un suggerimento questo che, vista la complessit\u00e0 delle operazioni in finanza di progetto, non possiamo che condividere e che a nostra volta abbiamo sempre indirizzato alle pubbliche amministrazioni.
