Indeed, the introduction of a mix of revenue sources (i.e. PPAs and merchant schemes vs. long term incentive schemes) has led to more stringent covenants to be actively monitored by the Agent.<\/p><p>Albion as Agent acts as facilitator among the Borrower and the Lenders since the pre-closing phase in order to ensure a smooth management of the project loan.
