Agency services: Albion in a €189.6 € million project financing in the solar power plants sector

Enfinity Global, a leader in renewable energy, announced that it has raised € 189.6 million financing for the construction of 157 MW in eight utility-scale solar power plants located in Italy’s Lazio and Emilia Romagna region, which are expected to become operational in 2025.

Albion is proud to have taken part to this significant milestone for Enfinity and for the energy transition in Italy, supporting, in quality of Documentary Agent, BayernLB, ING and Rabobank (the Lenders) in reaching the financial close. Albion is now acting as agent supporting Lenders in the management of the facilities agreement.
