Enfinity Global, a leader in renewable energy, announced that it has raised € 165 million financing for the construction of 147 MW in eight utility-scale solar power plants located in Italy’s Lazio region, which are expected to become operational in 2026.

The environmental impact of this new portfolio results in a reduction of 79,500 tons of carbon emissions annually, equivalent to removing over 62,000 cars from Italian roads each year.

Albion took part to this further significant milestone for Enfinity supporting, in quality of Documentary Agent, ING and Rabobank (the Lenders) in reaching the financial close and it is now assisting them in the management of the facilities agreement.
