We are pleased to announce that Albion has taken on the role of Facility Agent, mandated by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, BNP Paribas and Société Générale, in a €105 million financing transaction in favour of Engie to build two agrivoltaics plants and one wind farm in southern of Italy.
